Our recruitment process, step by step

  • Screening:

    • An initial meeting where you'll chat with Sara Petersson (Talent Acquisition Consultant)

  • Meet & Greet:

    • The first interviewing step where you'll meet one of our team members 

  • 2nd round interviews

    • This stage comes in two parts, a case interview and tests (personality and ability). Here, we'll dive deeper into your previous experience and competencies.

  • Coffee chat

    • During this stage, you'll meet the  team a.k.a. your potential future colleagues

  • Reference Check

    • As a last step we'll conduct a reference check
    • We also conduct background checks (criminal record and financial)

  • Signing

    Welcome onboard 🎉
